Is your packaging microwave safe?

Yes. Our foil containers and plastic containers are microwave safe.

Simply remove the lid before heating and place the container in the centre of the microwave.

How do I heat my meals?

​

Detailed heating instructions are included on every product label and are also available on each product page on our website.

How long do meals last in the freezer?

​

Our meals are best enjoyed within 3 months of purchase for optimum quality and flavour.  As long as they remain frozen, they will stay safe beyond this period, although texture and taste may gradually decline.

At Umami, we believe great meals start with great ingredients.

• Free-range chicken from a trusted local farmer

• Grass-fed Namibian beef and lamb

• Local and organic produce whenever possible

• Real butter and extra virgin olive oil

• We use high quality ingredients

We prepare our meals from scratch using traditional cooking methods.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order applies.

Order a single meal or stock your freezer — it's entirely up to you.

Delivery Fees:

• Orders over N$1000: FREE delivery

• Orders under N$1000: N$70 delivery fee​

Where can I collect my order?

​

Orders can be collected from our kitchen on Olof Palme Street, Eros.

​

Collection Times:

Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 16:00

When do you deliver?

​​

We offer deliveries Monday to Friday between 10:00–11:00 and 13:00–14:00. If these times are not convenient, please let us know and we'll do our best to arrange a delivery time that suits you.
